What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
A piece of Art is something you are going to live with, see constantly and reflect on. It needs to resonate with you. Your happiness and satisfaction with my art is everything, I am flattered you have chosen my art to grace your home or office, therefore you have 14 days to Return for Exchange or Refund.
My Return Policy is Simple:
- You may return the art piece for a full credit or refund (not including shipping).
- You may elect to receive a free replacement of equal value. You may decide on a piece that is either less or more than the original purchase, you will be refunded or charged the difference (including shipping) as appropriate.
- If the piece is returned in its original condition, you will receive a full refund upon delivery and inspection. If the piece is damaged in shipping to me, you will receive a refund after the insurance claim is filed.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Standard Return:
All items must be returned in the original packaging material. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the item must be insured for the purchase amount.
- The art and he original packing to prove it arrived safely and undamaged
- The art, the shipping container and packing before you re-seal the package
- The shipping container after art is packaged up
- Email the photos to me at: kentwoodphotography@comcast.net with a subject title of: “RE: Art Return” or use my contact form. This protects you by verifying that the art arrived to you in good condition and was properly protected upon return. In the email, include your order number and title of the piece.
Again - All items must be returned in the original packaging material. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and the item must be insured for the purchase amount.
- A brief description of the reason for the return is helpful so I can correct issues on my end and help avoid problems in the future.
- Notify me when you have shipped with the information, shipper, confirmation number and expected delivery date
- The credit, replacement, or refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned package.
Damaged Return:
- Take a photo(s) of the damaged art and the shipping container. Save everything, do not throw anything away!
- Email the photos to me at: kentwoodart@comcast.net with a subject title of: “RE: Damaged Art Return” or use my contact form
- In the email, include your order number and title. Please include a brief description of the damage and whether you would like the piece to be replaced, or refunded. Save everything, you may have to ship the art to me - if so I will pay for shipping. You will receive an email with further instructions.
- You will receive a refund after the insurance claim is filed.
