Are you a lover of black and white landscape photography? If so my Grand Landscapes are bold southwest landscapes sure to make an impression in any room. I learned from the best and seek out only the finest vistas complemented by the magical light the Southwest is known for.
I continue to use black and white film because I want to create an exceptional black and white photographs. I use filters to alter the tonal values on the negative. A yellow filter darkens a blue sky. I pre-visualize and know what a scene will look it before I trip the shutter. Film responds immediately and directly with no algorithms or digital color algorithmic conversions. I have an obligation to my Art to continue with film. My career started with old 4x5 press cameras. I went through the 35mm color rage, the subminiature romance, instant color, pinholes, up to 8x10 view cameras to modern digital. I mastered all of them, but I trust black and white film for my black and white prints.

At RIT photo science was a requirement and professors stressed archival standards with strict procedural guidelines from the beginning.
